Beat the Banks and the Debt Collectors Totally Lawfully and Get Out of Debt Free… Please visit www.getoutofdebtfree.org .. 7 Reasons why Credit Card agreements are unlawful or why you don’t owe your bank/credit card company anything …. 1. All contracts, in order to be valid, must be signed by someone able to bind the corporation in contract. Contract Law 3. Banks create money out of thin air- they have no money to lend you. How in the world are we going to pay off all of this debt? Raising taxes to do it would burden our economy, and then the situation would only get worse. To me the solution is obvious, cut spending. For too long in this country we’ve had the give-me-stuff people standing there with their hand out, and the government putting something in it. Does the idea of small government ring a bell? It is what our founding Fathers had in mind when they gave us our constitution. That is why there is a list in the constitution that quite clearly spells out the powers of the federal government, and also what it is not allowed to do. So basically if it was not listed as a power, then they are to stay away from it, and allow the States to handle it. Just take a look at federal laws. At the very beginning they will state their authority in enacting the law, and it is almost always the commerce clause. I’m sure they even think that just because your computer is hooked up to the internet, and therefore has contact with other computers in other States, that they then would have the constitutional right of regulating your computer, and thereby your internet communications; they are out of control. jbranstetter04 Federal obligations exceed world GDP Does $65.5 trillion terrify anyone yet? As the Obama administration pushes through Congress its $800 billion deficit-spending economic stimulus plan, the American public is largely unaware that the true deficit of the federal government already is …

realestatemarketingthisweek.com – Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act of 2007, one exception to paying cancellation of debt income – Part 5 – Welcome back to the Velocity of Money I am Michael J. Barnes Arizona’s and I’m with Velocity Financial and were here every week talking about all matters financial, regarding real estate as well as finances. Brett Fallon is back on the air with us again along with Mike Patenella who is a certified public accountant for the last 20 years and amazing brain, were glad he’s back on. Mike we were talking before the break about loan modifications, my point before going off the air was that people think they’re going to get this huge amount of money waived on a loan that they have, realistically what most loan modifications are going to look like is extended term, significantly lower interest rate, generally a fixed interest rate for the entire time, and in some cases they will do some principal reduction, and there is some exclusions for people having to pay tax on that, is that correct? Yes, there is, before I get into that keep in mind that with taxes normally not one rule applies to everybody, were going to talk general but everyone’s going to have their own specific situation, that they’re going to have to really check with somebody and make sure they’re doing the right thing. In 2007 in response to the economic situation, they passed a mortgage forgiveness debt relief act which essentially allows people to not pay tax on $2 million …

There is no possibility of agreement at the upcoming G20 summit because the US is declaring financial war on other countries, believes American economist Michael Hudson. The US has been pushing China to revalue its currency — at a time when Washington has been pumping billions of dollars into its economy — a move viewed by other countries as an attempt to deliberately weaken the greenback. The issue of exchange rates is expected to be one of the toughest discussion points at the G20 summit in South Korea later this week. Michael Hudson, a renowned economist and Wall Street financial analyst and advisor, says the meeting in Seoul will not bring an end to global currency wars. “The US is going to China and saying ‘we want you to commit economic suicide just like Japan did. We want you to follow the same way: we want you to re-value your currency, we want you to squeeze your companies, we want you to go bankrupt so we can make our profit at your expense,” says Hudson. www.CreditRepairPublishing.com CREDIT COUNSELING and DEBT CONSOLIDATION What you need to know before you sign up. “(NPR News, May 15, 2006). The Internal Revenue Service is revoking the tax exempt status of some of the largest credit counseling agencies in the country. An IRS investigation disclosed that the firms solicited business from people seriously in debt and that they didn’t provide counseling or consumer education, as required. Prodded in part by a congressional oversight committee and consumer advocates, the IRS began investigating dozens of credit counseling agencies — most holding non-profit status — two years ago. IRS Commissioner Mark Everson says the companies “poisoned an entire sector of the charitable community.” Everson says in many instances, companies were organized merely to funnel business to loosely affiliated for-profit companies. Many of the firms spend millions of dollars on commercials that urge anyone with debt to call them to solve their financial woes. And because tax-exempt organizations are not bound by the federal do-not call list, the firms were able to randomly call consumers, pitching their services under the guise of a non-profit counseling service. The IRS investigations are also likely to affect consumers, thanks to a new bankruptcy law that requires consumers considering bankruptcy to get counseling before they are allowed to file. The IRS wants to ensure that only legitimate non-profit agencies are doing the counseling. In …
